The theme of the 2022 "KRUG x Single Ingredient" program is "KRUG x RICE"! Five Japanese Krug Ambassadors will create original recipes using RICE.

Krug runs a program that proposes the best pairings of Krug and single ingredients with Krug Ambassador Chefs who show their skills around the world.

The theme for 2022, which marks its 7th anniversary, is "KRUG x RICE." In June, 10 Krug Ambassador Chefs from Japan gathered together and participated in a journey to pursue pairings with rice. 75 people from 25 countries around the world, including 5 Japanese chefs, came up with the original recipe for “KRUG×RICE”.

In 2022, Maison Krug will turn its attention to rice, a global symbol of life-sustaining nutrition and vitality, transformed into every cuisine. Celebrating its 7th anniversary this year, the program presents seven "KRUG x RICE Cooking Challenges".
