Over the course of the three days, a series of succinct discussions, debates and inquiries were held to better understand and envision the transmission of preserved and healthier lands to the next generation.
The forum organized by Moët Hennessy out of its eco-designed agora using recycle corks and barrels was part of LVMH’s decades-long commitment to responsible luxury. This forum was placed under the unifying banner of the Moët Hennessy’s commitment to Living Soils. This initiative that articulates the Wines & Spirits Division of the Group’s desire to "share all solutions that can help viticulture advance as a whole because the ecological challenges facing wine and spirits are intimately linked to our soils, according to Philippe Shaus," CEO of Moët Hennessy.

  • As for the development of the package, a new innovation with consideration for the environment has already been realized in Ruinart.

  • In addition to the new technology development, the return to traditional farming methods (e.g., weeding using sheep) is also being carried out in Veuve Clicquot and Krug.

  • At the end of the third day, Chef Alain Ducasse was invited to discuss “2050 wine and gastronomy” with Philip Schaus, Maison President, Maison Cellar Masters, Culinary School, students, and millennials. What are you eating, what amount you eat, what the bowl is going on, what you drink, and so on? The future is to listen to your neighbors while tilting a nice bottle. It will be a delicious, wonderful world. It will be a very bright future. By Alain Ducasse.

  • In climate change, the development of new varieties and new cultivation methods are also being studied and discussed throughout champagne.

As a global leader in Luxury Wine & Spirits with many iconic Maisons, we have a special responsibility towards our
stakeholders and the planet as a whole. Our original founders strived to be responsible actors. It is our mission to nurture
this heritage by ensuring that people and nature partner together to get the best from the earth and give back to it. Soils,

it is also our role to support communities and bring positive change to society. It's about Living Together as one.
